To encourage a love of reading in our students and to develop the lifelong habits of a discerning learner.
Checkout Policies and Procedures:
Here at ACMS, we have an open checkout policy. Students are able to check out books at any time during the school day. We are open before school at 7:45 and after school until 3:30 every day school is in session. For the first semester, students are able to check out two books at a time. After winter break, students may have up to three books at a time. Books are checked out for two week periods and may be renewed twice after the initial lending period.
We do not charge fines for overdue materials. If an item is lost or damaged, a fee will be assessed.
The ACMS library also offers online resources for our students to access at school and at home. These sites are password protected; students may access the passwords on a google doc linked on the Research tab. Students will need to be signed into a gpsne.org email account for access.
